Started in Gartner and Presidio consulting — learning how enterprise infrastructure actually gets evaluated, sold, and deployed at scale. The rooms where nine-figure network decisions get made don't run on marketing decks. They run on credibility, technical fluency, and whoever can translate between the CFO and the network architect without losing either one.

Moved to Compunet and built their CSP go-to-market practice from $400 to $32M ARR in five years. Arrow Electronics hired me out to teach others to do the same across their partner channel. The playbook wasn't charisma — it was sequencing: identify the underserved buyer, get inside their cap-ex cycle, ship the right reference architecture, compound relationships into deal flow.

Founded Tolowa Pacific in 2011. Moved into tribal IT and carrier-grade network architecture — fiber buildout for sovereign nations, AMT-backed Ciena deals, broadband projects with constrained budgets and zero tolerance for consultants who couldn't ship.

Now running four ventures in parallel: Tolowa Pacific as the base, Konative as the intelligence layer for the modular DC buildout, SpokaneWire as the hyperlocal franchise proving the AI-first newsroom model, and Tolowa Studio shipping MOTION — the three-OS stack we install in small businesses to turn AI into repeatable throughput. The through-line is simple: systems that run without someone manually running them.
